Quality Control & Training Manager | Team Development Leader

We are seeking a motivated and influential Quality Control & Training Manager to lead employee development, strengthen operational performance, and ensure exceptional service execution throughout our organization.
This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys coaching others, improving processes, and creating accountability. You will play a critical role in developing employees, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping teams consistently perform at a higher level.
As a trusted partner to both field personnel and management, you will help establish clear expectations, reinforce operational standards, and provide the training and support employees need to succeed. Your ability to lead by example, build trust, and drive continuous improvement will directly impact employee performance, customer satisfaction, and overall operational success.
What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding, training, coaching, and professional development initiatives
- Conduct field observations, quality inspections, and operational audits
- Reinforce company procedures, service standards, safety requirements, and best practices
- Identify performance gaps and implement effective coaching and corrective action plans
- Partner with department leaders to improve employee performance and operational consistency
- Develop future leaders through mentorship, accountability, and ongoing feedback
- Monitor compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Analyze performance trends and recommend process improvements
- Maintain training records, audit documentation, and quality reporting
- Promote a culture of professionalism, ownership, continuous learning, and service excellence

Preferred qualifications include:
- Leadership, training, or quality control experience
- Background in operations, logistics, transportation, moving and storage, warehousing, or service-based industries
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining a positive and supportive approach
- Knowledge of safety programs, operational compliance, and DOT regulations is a plus
