BENEFITS OF WORKING HERE:
- The Company pays 100% of medical for employees, and 80% for dependents. We also offer dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment. (A bummer if it ends up death and dismemberment, BUT it’s nice to know it’s covered).
- We also provide 4 weeks of medical leave at 100% of pay to cover sickness for yourself or to care for a family member.
- We have a wellness stipend that we offer monthly for doing normal every day active things.
- We have every other Friday off.
- We have a 401K fund. (We don’t match yet, but we’re getting there!)
- We come into the building for collaboration and connection, but we work mostly from home! This role requires 2 days in the office.

If you're the kind of person who loves to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — juggling people, processes, and payroll with equal finesse — this could be the role for you!
We’re looking for a detail-loving, people-centered pro to join our team in a hybrid support role that blends the best of HR and Accounting . From onboarding new hires and managing employee records to supporting payroll, benefits, and even handling a few finance tasks — you’ll be the go-to guru who keeps it all organized.
In this role, no two days are exactly the same. One day you might be updating employee info in ADP, the next you're coordinating open enrollment, troubleshooting a PTO question, or reconciling a benefits invoice. You’ll also help with fun team events and community initiatives, all while keeping compliance and accuracy top of mind.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We need a new Team Member to do all the things!
- Are you proficient in the ADP Workforce Now Platform?
- Can you be Proactive?
- Do you have strong administration skills and an innate ability to connect and build rapport with people?
- Can you bring the ZING? The MAGIC? The ENERGY?
- Are you passionate and energetic about living life full-throttle?
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree or the equivalent preferred. High school degree or equivalent required.
- 2 years minimum in Administration and/or Accounting.
- Strong Administrative skills, such as detail orientation, organizational skills, accuracy, data entry.
- We are looking for a high energy, detail orientated individual who can own the payroll process in ADP from start to finish.
- If you have experience in both ADP Workforce Now and MS Dynamics Business Central that would make you the Unicorn of our recruiting process.
- It would be super great if you were creative, resourceful, flexible, and just internally motivated to be completely awesome.
- We are going to ask you to take feedback, meet deadlines, communicate clearly, and be willing to roll with the energy of the day.

- We are looking for someone that can come into our Charlottesville, HQ two times a week. The rest of the time you can work remote!
- The pay range for this role is broad. We will base the hourly wage on experience and skills, within the range. (Range: $22/hour - $30/hour)
