The General Services Administration (GSA) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) for the Office of Public Buildings Information Technology Services (PBITS) partners with and supports the Public Buildings Service (PBS) Office of Facilities Management (OFM). OFM manages facility operations throughout the entire Public Buildings Service (PBS) real estate inventory. OFM provides GSA with expertise in operations and maintenance, energy management, project management, tenant services, and advanced facility technology. OFM offers advice, expertise, and analysis to the Commissioner and PBS executives. PBS-OFM emphasizes improvements to processes, policies, and resource management within key operational programs. Through OFM, GSA provides future-focused solutions in facility management to strive for exceptional customer service and sustainable operations.

The roles we are looking to fill will provide specific support for PBS-OFM. This includes but is not limited to GSAView (GSA’s Unified User Interface - UUI) , GSALink (GSA’s Smart Buildings Analytics Application), National Computerized Maintenance Management System (NCMMS), Overtime Utilities (OT), data collection and analysis, strategic planning, and budget planning in addition to any support that may be required for PBS Facility Management requests.

Responsibilities:

• Supports PMs in effective scheduling
• Supports logistics
• Supports status reporting
• Supports compliance tracking for Smart Buildings implementations

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years of direct relevant experience in project management supporting similar business domains
• 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment with demonstrated experience with agile techniques and tools

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Direct experience supporting Smart Building projects
