What You’ll Own:

You will be the heartbeat of the front office — ensuring operational excellence, financial accuracy, and an exceptional customer experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all front-office operations.
• Supervise CSRs, administrative staff, and customer communication flow.
• Manage AR, insurance billing, supplements, and final invoicing.
• Ensure DRP compliance and insurer documentation accuracy.
• Monitor cycle time performance and customer updates.
• Reconcile repair orders and maintain financial accuracy.
• Oversee payroll/timekeeping accuracy for the office team.
• Maintain OEM and Toyota brand standards.
• Deliver a white-glove customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

We want a proven leader who understands collision center operations — not someone learning it for the first time.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years collision office or collision management experience.
• Strong knowledge of DRP processes and insurance billing.
• Experience with estimating systems (CCC preferred).
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Financial mindset — understands gross profit, AR aging, and production flow.
• Ability to thrive in a performance-driven culture.
