Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Weekend Shipping Lead to oversee weekend shipping operations and ensure the accurate, safe, and timely dispatch of all outbound shipments. This role is responsible for leading a small team, coordinating shipping schedules, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall warehouse operations during weekend shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.

• 1+ years of leadership or team lead experience preferred.

• Knowledge of shipping systems, logistics procedures, and carrier requirements.

• Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) software and basic computer skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.

• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours as required.
