Craft and Technical Solutions is a fast-growing Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices all over the country. We partner with businesses as well as job seekers to place individuals into positions efficiently. Currently, we are reviewing resumes for ND T Level 2 Inspectors in Newport News, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Non-Destructive Tests, such as PT, MT, and VT.
• Set up and calibrate testing equipment to verify functionality and ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Perform inspections of materials, welds, structures, and components according to established procedures and standards while documenting defects or anomalies.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in NDT required.
• Must have worked as an NDT within the last 9 months.
• Must be certified in MT, PT, and VT with documentation readily available.
• Ability to perform inspections and accurately interpret test results.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey findings and recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Must be able to pass a vision test, a hair follicle test, and a background check.
