Continuous Quality Improvement Clinical Analyst
- monitoring identified problem areas of non-compliance for appropriate corrective actions and analyze trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- interpreting requirements and regulations and ensures that they are reflected in the processes and procedures utilized by staff in the EHR, so that during the provision of services, billing and documentation will meet regulations and can be verified through succinct and accurate data representation and reporting.
- provide training to staff to ensure clinical content and required data elements meet best practice guidelines as well as regulatory and reporting requirements.
- a high level of professionalism and ethics surrounding confidentiality in regard to client records and internal investigations occurrences/outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree is a plus!
- Experience: Minimum of four years' experience in process development, data gathering, data analysis and customer support and minimum of three (3) years' experience in providing clinical services.
- Safe Driving Record: Candidates must have a valid Virginia driver's license with a safe driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years AND no criminal violations in the last five years).
- Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Provide Critical Support: You will provide critical support to ensure the integrity of data in our system so we can accurately record the delivery of clinical services provided by our staff in our community.
