Overview:

Join our team as a Commercial HVAC Technician , where you will utilize your skills in equipment repair, mechanical knowledge, and appliance repair to ensure the optimal functioning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, boilers, cooling towers, chillers, and refrigeration systems .

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC, mechanical, and refrigeration systems , including boilers, cooling towers, and chillers
• Inspect and troubleshoot systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure efficient system operations
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide system installations and repairs
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical malfunctions
• Collaborate with other technicians and service personnel to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician
• Proven experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical, and refrigeration system installation, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge of HVAC design principles, boilers, cooling towers, chillers, and other mechanical system components
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude for diagnosing and repairing equipment
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems and their functions
• Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues effectively
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
