Position Overview
The Controller will oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close activities, internal controls, budgeting support, and compliance functions. The Controller will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and provide meaningful strategic business insights.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• Coordinate annual audits and tax reporting activities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• Mentor and develop accounting staff
• Partner with department leaders to improve reporting and business performance

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• 2 years of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience managing month-end close and financial statement preparation

Preferred Qualifications
• CPA certification
• Public accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics
• Multi-entity accounting experience
