Job Type: Contract (3-4 month contract)
Compensation: $36.00 – $39.00 / Hourly

Addison Group is actively seeking a Executive Assistant for our client, a respected organization. This contract opportunity is ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy professional with strong leadership skills and a background supporting senior executives and board-level operations.
About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you will act as a key partner to the CEO and executive team, managing daily office functions and high-level administrative tasks. This includes leading the front desk team, coordinating board and leadership meetings, and overseeing internal communications and document compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones and anticipate conflicts or changes
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with expense reports, invoicing, and document management
- Support special projects, research requests, and ad hoc administrative needs
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Help streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency where possible
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 4-5 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience (direct reports include administrative and front desk staff).
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams); SharePoint or ADP experience is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
Additional Details:
- Work Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30AM - 5:30PM
- Reports To: CEO and works closely with Senior VP of Development
