Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist legal teams by handling administrative tasks such as document management and data entry.
• Support subpoena specialists with document production by learning various computer programs and databases.
• Manage confidential legal documentation and adhere to court procedures.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively across teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain organizational standards in a dynamic environment, adjusting to changing business needs.

• Substantive experience with legal documentation and court procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information and perform administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication, coordination, and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards at both state and federal levels.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
