Drywall, Basic Framing, Painting This is a job for someone that likes to learn new skills. We will teach you how to install equipment, wire equipment, basic plumbing, basic electrical and lots of other skills. Must be U.S. Citizen Must pass a background check once hired Must have a minimum of 2 years of Duct experience Possess good oral communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines and prioritization skills. Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations. Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior. Responsibilities
Construction work with an emphasis on ductwork Show up on time. Do the job correctly the first time. All other responsibilities assigned by your direct supervisor not mentioned in posting. Physical Demands: Able to safely work on a ladder and use equipment. Probationary Period: All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work Background Check: Potential employees must pass a background check once hired since the employee will be working with company-sensitive information.
