Hospice Sales Executive
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Hospice Sales Executive to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will have passion and high energy, coupled with at least 2 years of local connections and sales, plus marketing experience within the hospice local market, with a proven successful track record in admissions growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach. Must be a strong relationship builder with the ability to work independently.
*Must have 2-5 years of experience in the local hospice or Home Health industry*
Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
- Utilize contact management software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to position our services effectively.
Requirements
- Must be local with established referral sources, coupled with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities through connecting with diverse referral sources.
- Must have 2 plus years of experience in the local market.
- Proven experience and verifiable performance in home health sales.
- Proficiency in contact management CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction .
