Your Role Will Involve

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering diagnostic assessments, and designing personalized care plans
• Identifying and managing immediate, episodic, or chronic health conditions either in partnership with physicians or independently (based on your credentials)
• Providing education to patients and families about prevention, health promotion, and chronic disease management

Educational Prerequisites

Necessary Certifications
