Wise Mind Counseling, PLLC is expanding!!! We're seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) who are excited to join a growing practice in its next development chapter to provide telehealth therapy to adult clients in Virginia. We offer a supportive, flexible, and transparent environment where you can grow your caseload at your own pace and focus on providing clinical excellence.

General Accountabilities

• 100% telehealth – work from anywhere in Virginia
• Flexible schedule – you set your hours
• Competitive pay split starting at 60%, with opportunities to increase to 65% and 70% based on caseload volume
• Ability to see a minimum of 10-15 clients weekly as caseload grows
• Transparent pay structure based on actual reimbursements
• Supportive and growth-focused private practice culture
• Support with marketing, referrals, and billing/credentialing as we continue to build
• Opportunities for peer consultation and professional development (CEU's)

Job Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC license in Virginia
• 1-2 years of post-licensure experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable working independently and managing documentation
• Professional liability insurance is required
• Culturally responsive and passionate about providing evidence-based care.

• We are actively building our referral pipeline and marketing efforts; incoming clients will increase over time, but you must be comfortable starting part-time and building your caseload.
