This hands-on role involves working on residential roofing, siding, trim, and exterior carpentry projects. Key Responsibilities Perform exterior carpentry work including siding, fascia, soffit, trim, decking, and framing repairs Assist with residential roofing installation and repair projects Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and job-site equipment Inspect work areas and identify repair needs or potential issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with crew members and communicate effectively with supervisors Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service on every project Follow company safety standards and job-site procedures Qualifications Previous experience in exterior carpentry, roofing, siding, or general construction preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable working at heights and using ladders safely Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $20–$30+ based on experience Performance-based bonuses Family-oriented company culture Opportunities for career advancement and skill development Consistent, year-round work opportunities Supportive leadership and team environment Focus on safety and work-life balance Why Join Renewit By JJ LLC?
