What You’ll Do:

• Drive and operate a 26 ft box truck safely
• Lead a crew on residential and commercial moves
• Load, wrap, and protect items like they’re your own
• Communicate with customers and keep the job on track
• Set the pace, keep the crew efficient, and solve problems on-site
• Represent a brand people trust

What It Takes

• Moving experience required (lead experience preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (DOT experience is a plus)
• Confident driving a 26 ft box truck
• Lift 75+ lbs consistently
• Show up on time, ready to lead
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Weekend availability
