Position Overview
The Project Manager leads the day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects, partnering with senior leadership and collaborating with field and office teams. This role oversees project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication from preconstruction through project closeout, ensuring quality delivery and team alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preconstruction phase for assigned projects.
- Serve as the primary liaison with project owners from construction start through closeout.
- Ensure the contract scope is clearly understood by the site management team.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate assigned personnel while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Support company and division business development initiatives.
- Maintain professionalism and integrity in all client and partner interactions.
- Promote a positive company image through fair business practices and community involvement.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field (BSCE, BSAE, or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in ground-up new construction.
- Prior experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Lead Superintendent preferred.

- Strong experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

- Financial reporting
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Skilled in resolving issues with clients, subcontractors, and third parties professionally and efficiently.
- Extensive experience with subcontract solicitation, negotiation, award, and management.
- Understanding of scheduling logic and constraints.

Certifications
- OSHA 30 Certification required.

- CCM

Compensation & Benefits
Salary
- Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000
- Compensation may vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
