Responsibilities

• Work on-site daily to assist with landscape construction and maintenance tasks, including planting, hardscapes, lighting, irrigation, drainage, and grading.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Communicate effectively with the Black Pearl Management Team and clients to support a positive client experience.
• Identify and share opportunities for improvement in company processes, client experience, or project outcomes.
• Maintain a respectful and professional attitude toward colleagues, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Adapt to a variety of tasks and responsibilities as needed on the job site

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for learning new skills and developing professionally.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds, move wheelbarrows of soil, and perform manual labor such as digging.
• Previous experience or knowledge in landscape construction is preferred, but not required if you are ready to work hard.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent client service.
