We specialize in curating high-end, personalized journeys—from private villa rentals and exclusive resort stays to tailored cultural experiences—ensuring every detail meets or exceeds the client's premium expectations. We prioritize discretion, meticulous planning, and unparalleled client service.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced, discreet, and highly refined Luxury Getaway Planner to design, manage, and execute complex, high-value itineraries for affluent clientele. This specialist must possess extensive knowledge of global luxury brands, boutique properties, and premium travel logistics. The ideal candidate will be an expert in maximizing the client's investment, securing exclusive amenities, and delivering seamless, personalized experiences that require zero effort from the traveler.
Key Responsibilities
- Bespoke Trip Creation: Design highly customized itineraries, often involving multi-stop, multi-country journeys, private aviation, specialized transportation, and unique cultural experiences (e.g., private tours, chef services).
- Premium Sourcing & Access: Utilize deep knowledge and industry connections (consortia, high-end supplier portals) to book luxury hotels, resorts, and villas, consistently securing value-added amenities such as room upgrades, early check-in/late check-out, and complimentary credits.
- Discreet Client Consultation: Maintain the highest level of professionalism and discretion when consulting with high-net-worth clients, interpreting vague requests, managing complex preferences, and communicating transparently about premium service costs.
- Meticulous Logistics Management: Coordinate all high-touch logistical details, including VIP airport services, private transfers, and complex inter-country travel arrangements, ensuring every transition is seamless and error-free.
- Budget Optimization: While focusing on luxury, strategically maximize the client’s budget by identifying smart savings or value opportunities within premium products, upholding our Value-Driven philosophy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in luxury travel sales or high-end concierge services, with a proven track record of booking high-value, bespoke trips.
- Extensive, verifiable knowledge of global luxury hotel brands, boutique collections, and exclusive destination experiences.
- Exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and professional discretion necessary for managing demanding clients.
- Proficiency in luxury booking platforms (GDS experience is a plus) and advanced skills in relationship management (CRM).
- Ability to work independently, manage high-stakes bookings, and deliver solutions proactively in a remote environment.
What We Offer
- Highly competitive commission and salary structure commensurate with high-end luxury sales volume.
- Flexible, remote work environment that supports professional excellence without geographic constraints.
- Access to exclusive global FAM trips and luxury supplier networking events.
- A collaborative team committed to delivering Maximized Value and Uncompromised Experiences to a premium clientele.
