SAP NS2 is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. As part of a small, agile team, you’ll take on a broad, hands-on role with meaningful ownership and visibility across initiatives. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of digital strategies that elevate our brand across digital and traditional platforms, like LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and our website. You’ll create compelling content, launch strategic campaigns, and partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive engagement and visibility.
What You’ll Do:
Plan, create, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, physical advertising, and news outlets.
Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.), support engagement, monitor trends, and expand our digital footprint.
Create engaging content for social media platforms, external websites, and promotional opportunities.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product strategy, security and other stakeholders to align digital strategies.
Stay ahead of U.S. Government trends, analyze performance metrics, and propose innovative strategies to boost online presence and strengthen our brand identity through creative multimedia.
Manage digital media calendars to ensure timely execution of content.
Who You Are:
Possess attention to detail, effective organization skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease.
Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
Intermediate graphic design skills with experience using tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create polished, on-brand assets.
Experience in social media management, content creation, and other digital marketing strategies.
A strong communicator and collaborator with a knack for stakeholder engagement.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment as part of a small, highly collaborative team.
Thrive on learning, adapting, and contributing fresh ideas that help the company shine in a competitive marketplace
Required:
7+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on campaigns for B2B enterprise audiences in the software and tech industries.
Strong written communication skills.
Proven success in building brand visibility through digital campaigns, especially in tech or software environments.
Proficient with major social media tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management platforms.
Preferred:
Familiarity with SAP products
Has worked in the Public Sector Industry – Federal, State and Local or Defense
Located within commuting distance to Herndon, VA.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 100000-216000USD . The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
