Warehouse Associate
$18–$22 per hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends Stay busy. Do it right. Get it out the door.
QRFS is a fast-growing eCommerce company in the fire protection industry. We ship parts that customers need immediately to pass inspections and keep buildings safe. When orders come in, they matter and we deliver.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse role where you’ll be on your feet, moving, and responsible for getting orders out accurately and on time. What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Receive and stock incoming inventory
- Stage shipments to meet daily carrier cutoffs
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Work with the team to hit daily shipping goals
- Orders placed by cut off ship same day
- Orders are accurate—no rework, no misses
- Inventory is received and stocked within 24 hours
- Warehouse stays clean, organized, and efficient
- Like staying busy and moving throughout the day
- Take pride in doing things right the first time
- Work with urgency when there’s a deadline
- Notice small details others miss
- Take ownership instead of waiting to be told
- Prefer slow-paced or low-activity work
- Cut corners to move faster
- Need regular direction to stay on track
- Get overwhelmed by busy days or deadlines
- Monday to Friday schedule (no nights or weekends)
- Full-time, consistent 40 hours per week
