What You’ll Do:

• Run preset, in home appointments with homeowners (no chasing leads)
• Deliver professional design consultations for window and door solutions
• Build rapport, identify needs, and close high value deals
• Leverage top tier tools, samples, and technology to win business
• Represent a trusted, growing brand in the Hampton Roads & surrounding markets

Who We’re Looking For:

• Closers. You have a track record of hitting or exceeding $100K+ in sales
• Highly competitive, self-driven, and performance focused
• Comfortable working commission, only with uncapped upside
• Strong communication and in home presentation skills
• Available for daytime, evening and weekend appointments (Flexible schedule)
• Home improvement or in-home sales experience is a plus, but not required
