Core Responsibilities

• Billing Operations: Process, prepare, and generate accurate complex project billings using Unanet A/E in support of the Billing Manager and Project Managers.

• Project Administration: Handle complete project setup, maintenance, rate schedules, and contract review within the ERP system.

• System Migration: Assist with the ongoing platform migration from Deltek Vision to Unanet A/E, leveraging past experience to ensure data accuracy and smooth workflow continuity.

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Utilize Microsoft Excel to format billing data, perform reconciliations, resolve billing discrepancies, and analyze project financial metrics.

• Communication & Support: Act as a reliable point of contact for internal team members regarding billing inquiries, ensuring clear, professional written and verbal communication across departments.

• Priority Management: Multi-task effectively to manage competing priorities, adhere strictly to monthly financial close schedules, and meet tight deadlines independently.

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
