RBT Retention Bonus : $1500 ($750 at 3 months and $750 at 6 months with proof of active RBT certification)
Pay: $26.00 – $31.00/hour (Based on RBT status and experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM with 30 minutes daily for case notes (20 Hours/Week)

Responsibilities

You will serve as the lead 1:1 clinician in a Woodbridge home, implementing individualized behavior plans and skill acquisition programs. Because this is a new case, you will have the opportunity to build rapport and set the clinical foundation from day one with support from our leadership team. Check out our website for more details.

Required Skills Experienced: MUST have at least 1 year of professional experience working as a caregiver (children, disabled, elderly)
Local: Ideally living in or near Woodbridge for a stress free commute.
Reliable: You value caseload stability and are looking for a long-term clinical home.
Certified: RBT certification is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidate who has a passion for the field.
Logistics: Must have a willingness to complete a background check, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and a high school diploma.
