Job Title: Administrative Office Assistant
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Full-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, communicating with customers, and assisting with administrative and clerical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and take detailed messages
- Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
- Provide customer service support and assist with customer inquiries
- Prepare and send customer quotes
- Enter customer orders accurately into the system
- File and organize paperwork and office documents
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Run occasional office-related errands when required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without constant supervision
- Ability to follow directions and instructions from a supervisor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
