About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at I & L INDUSTRIAL LAUNDRY LLC as a Laundry Delivery Driver! In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive their laundry services on time and in pristine condition, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence in the DC Metropolitan. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport laundry to and from client locations.
- Load and unload laundry items efficiently and securely.
- Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of laundry services to meet client schedules.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
- Inspect vehicles for safety and maintenance issues before and after routes.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries on-site.
- Assist in sorting and organizing laundry as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and company policies while on the road.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
