Position Overview
As the Director of Provider Compensation & Analytics, you'll lead a dynamic team responsible for developing and implementing innovative compensation programs that align with healthcare industry best practices and organizational objectives. This role combines strategic leadership with analytical expertise to drive provider satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated provider compensation models that align with industry standards and organizational goals
- Lead a high-performing team in managing complex compensation programs and analytics
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute
- Oversee RVU-based, quality-based, and value-based compensation calculations
- Direct market analyses, benchmarking, and annual survey processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Drive technology solutions for compensation management and reporting
- Conduct regular equity analyses and address compensation concerns
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience in healthcare provider compensation
- Proven experience designing and implementing physician compensation plans
- Expert knowledge of industry benchmarks (MGMA, AMGA, Sullivan Cotter)
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations
- Excellence in analytics and compensation modeling
- Superior project management and leadership abilities
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
