Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, creating a welcoming environment, and jumping in wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact at the reception desk, greeting visitors and supporting general office inquiries
• Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings, ensuring materials and technology are ready
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
• Stock and manage kitchen supplies, ensuring common areas remain clean and well-maintained
• Order and track office supplies, maintaining appropriate inventory levels
• Assist with light administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Support ad hoc projects and general office needs to keep operations running efficiently

Qualifications:

• Prior administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment

Work Requirements:

• This is a fully in-office position; remote or hybrid work is not available
• Must be available to work approximately 10 hours per week between Monday and Thursday

HUBZone Residency Requirement:
As a certified HUBZone employer, we are required to maintain a workforce that includes employees residing in designated HUBZone areas. Candidates must reside in a HUBZone at the time of hire and throughout employment in this role.
