We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Soldering / Small Parts Assembly Technician to join our production team. This position involves assembling small electronic or mechanical components, performing soldering work, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys precision work and working with their hands.

Small Parts Assembly Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm )

• Perform hand soldering on small components and circuit boards
• Assemble small parts using hand tools and fixtures
• Follow work instructions, schematics, or assembly drawings
• Inspect finished assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Rework or repair assemblies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production and quality standards

Small Parts Assembly Qualifications:

• Previous soldering experience (through-hole and/or surface mount preferred)
• Experience with small parts or electronic assembly
• Ability to read basic work instructions or drawings
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to use hand tools, soldering irons, and basic measuring tools

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
