Job Title: UAV Assembly Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic team in assembling Unmanned Arial Vehicles (UAV's) for Department of Defense customers. You will play a crucial role in assembling electro-mechanical components and subassemblies, ensuring the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Perform electrical wiring and testing of products to ensure functionality and quality.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for defects or irregularities, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning units as needed.
• Document assembly procedures, modifications, and quality checks for traceability.

Essential Skills

• 2 years of experience in assembling electro-mechanical systems.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred.

Work Environment

The position is based in a warehouse/production environment with individual workstations. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.n

This is a Permanent position based out of Stafford, VA.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Stafford,VA.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 14, 2026.
