Costpoint Administrator

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Deltek Costpoint Administrator to join our team in Herndon, VA.

The Deltek Costpoint Administrator will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to oversee the daily systems administration, support, and optimization of the Deltek Costpoint ERP system. You will help ensure the smooth operation and continual improvement of the system by executing front-end workflows and collaborating across functional areas to meet both technical and business objectives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the daily administration and system security of Deltek Costpoint while maintaining user accounts and role-based permissions.
• Providing front-end user support to troubleshoot system issues and resolve technical problems promptly to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Managing system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other applications while monitoring performance and data integrity.
• Designing and developing custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Costpoint Business Intelligence (Cognos) to monitor key performance indicators.
• Developing custom Costpoint components, including screens, processes, and extensibility units, using supported development frameworks.
• Customizing configuration settings and workflows to align with specific business requirements and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Leading implementation projects and documenting procedures to provide comprehensive technical assistance and user guides to end-users.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field with progressively responsible experience in systems administration.
• Proven experience as a Deltek Costpoint Administrator with deep knowledge of Costpoint modules and Extensibility Designer functionality.
• Proficiency in front-end operations, including interface navigation, job processing, workflow design, and Cognos report generation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, manage system transitions, and write technical design specifications.
• Significant experience working across large teams to drive a security and automation agenda within intertwined systems.
• Solid knowledge of database concepts, specifically the Costpoint data schema and SQL or other database management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience within a Government Contracting environment.
• Hands-on experience with Java Web Token (JWT), Web Hooks, and REST JSON services.
• Experience using Dela to enhance the end-user experience and provide tier 0 support.
• Self-starter with excellent people skills and the ability to drive change throughout an organization.

Physical Requirements:

• You must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• You will need to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets or office machinery.
• You must frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
• You must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
