Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain residential and commercial swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and emptying skimmer baskets

- Test and adjust water chemistry to ensure proper pH, chlorine, and alkalinity levels

- Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters, and perform basic repairs or notify maintenance for complex issues

- Maintain accurate records of service visits, water testing results, and repairs

- Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards

- Communicate effectively with clients regarding pool maintenance and any necessary repairs or recommendations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in pool cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided

- Knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and maintenance procedures

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good communication skills and a professional attitude

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
