First (Days) Overview: Sentara is hiring a Senior Process Improvement Engineer! This position is hybrid! Overview Responsible foridentifying, analyzing, andoptimizingoperational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements,monitoroutcomes, and ensure the sustainability of improvements. Education
- Bachelor's degree(Required)
- Master's degree (Preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (Preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Preferred)
- 5 years ofprocess improvement or healthcare management(Required)
