This exciting opportunity involves supporting a major telecommunications client, providing essential maintenance and repair services across multiple sites. You'll be part of a dynamic team, driving efficiency and ensuring the smooth operation of critical infrastructure. **What You'll Do:** As a Mobile Building and HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services for building systems and equipment, primarily supporting our telecommunications client. Your responsibilities will include: + **HVAC Maintenance and Repair:** Perform routine preventative maintenance, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, including but not limited to, troubleshooting, component replacement, and system optimization. + **Plumbing & Electrical Maintenance:** Handle basic plumbing tasks like clearing drains (snaking), repairing/replacing P-traps, and perform minor electrical repairs such as changing ballasts and other electrical components. + **Preventative Maintenance & Inspections:** Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance. + **Work Order Management:** Efficiently manage and complete assigned work orders, estimating time and materials needed, and tracking progress. + **Energy Management:** Implement energy-saving measures to ensure all systems operate at peak efficiency. + **Code Compliance:** Ensure all work adheres to building codes and safety regulations. + **Client Communication:** Communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, and supervisors to address inquiries and provide updates. + **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and repair reports. **What You'll Bring:** + **Education & Experience:** High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma. 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
