Experienced Tree Climber
Responsibilities
- Perform tree climbing and care tasks, including pruning, trimming, and removal, while adhering to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly goals and ensure efficient workflow.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Uphold Truetimber's core values of Drive, Respect, and Loyalty in all interactions and tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in tree climbing within the Tree Care Industry.
- Willingness to obtain the ISA Certified Arborist Certification.
- Familiarity with ANSI industry standards for climber safety and pruning.
- Valid VA Driver’s License.
- Willingness to obtain a Class "B" CDL License upon hire (training provided).
- Willingness to obtain First-Aid/CPR certification upon hire (training provided).
- Ability to work additional hours during peak seasons or weather-related situations.
- Demonstration of basic climbing skills during the interview process.
