Executive Secretary Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
The Executive Secretary Administrative Assistant drafts, edits, and manages official correspondence, memoranda, policies, and agency-wide issuances for internal and external distribution. This role maintains and enforces style guides, develops and documents standard operating procedures, and manages structured document libraries. The position ensures consistency, clarity, plain‑language compliance, and Section 508 accessibility across executive communications while supporting leadership with high‑quality written products and records management.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership; advanced writing, editing, and formatting skills; familiarity with federal correspondence standards and records management practices; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Public Trust clearance eligibility.
