Six Sigma Master Black Belt Consultant
The Six Sigma Master Black Belt Consultant will lead complex measurement and process improvement initiatives for a federal client, applying advanced Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve performance, strengthen financial and internal controls compliance, and integrate data across multiple enterprise systems. The Consultant may be required to maintain and enhance methodologies and practices that improve the effectiveness of organizations, personnel, and processes. In accordance with customer agency requirements, the Consultant shall provide expert assistance in process and performance management, performance improvement initiatives, and associated support activities.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of well-rounded experience in business process redesign/improvement.
- Possess Six Sigma Master Black Belt
- Possess Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Prior success in leading process redesigning efforts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function/collaborate efficiently with a team that is geographically dispersed
- Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels
- Strong knowledge and experience using process mapping software
