We are looking for a service-oriented Workplace Experience Ambassador 3 to support a busy office environment in Reston, Virginia. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for employees and visitors while keeping shared spaces organized, stocked, and ready for daily operations. The role combines front desk coordination, workplace support, and hands-on site assistance in a fast-paced setting that values responsiveness and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:• Welcome employees, guests, and vendors at the front desk and provide prompt, detail-oriented assistance with questions and requests.
• Monitor day-to-day workplace needs across the site to help maintain a smooth, consistent office experience.
• Replenish pantry products, beverages, copy areas, and other commonly used supplies throughout the facility.
• Arrange and refresh meeting rooms and shared spaces so they are prepared for upcoming conferences, events, and daily use.
• Open service requests and coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, or technical support teams to address site issues quickly.
• Perform routine floor inspections to ensure workplace areas remain clean, orderly, properly supplied, and aligned with expected standards.
• Offer backup assistance to mailroom and workplace operations during quieter front desk periods or when team coverage is needed.
• Partner closely with colleagues to share front-of-house responsibilities and communicate emerging site needs to facilities leadership.
• Handle additional workplace and administrative support tasks as assigned to meet business and site requirements.• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in reception, concierge, hospitality, catering, or a similar customer-facing support role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with people at all levels.
• Excellent customer service mindset with a calm, detail-focused approach in busy or high-traffic environments.
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail when managing space readiness, supplies, and service requests.
• Comfortable using computers and common workplace platforms to complete daily tasks and track issues.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of an onsite team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with assistance available for heavier or awkward items as needed.
