Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist to support K-12 students across multiple school sites in Louisa, VA. This contract position spans the full school year and involves managing a K-12 caseload in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to support student academic and behavioral needs
• Provide direct counseling minutes focused on social, emotional, and behavioral support
• Collaborate with educators, families, and administration across 3-4 school sites to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assist in crisis intervention and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Masters or higher degree in School Psychology
• State certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with K-12 student populations
• Strong knowledge of evaluation tools and counseling techniques
• Ability to manage multiple school sites efficiently and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
