ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of our Woodbridge office to ensure we maintain our high standards of service.
Recruit, train, and support a team of ambitious sales professionals as they grow their individual practices.
Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to expand our footprint within the local business community.
Provide expert guidance and coaching to your team to help them reach their personal and professional goals.
Collaborate with leadership to refine our sales processes and explore new ways to serve our policyholders.
Maintain an active presence in local events and organizations to keep our agency connected to the heart of the community.
RequirementsActive Life, Accident, and Health insurance license in Virginia.
Proven track record of success in insurance sales or high-level business development.
Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of agents.
Deep understanding of the local Woodbridge, VA insurance market.
Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills for networking and community engagement.
Proficiency in sales management software and performance tracking tools.
