Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual therapy tools
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and educational teams
• Comfort adapting sessions for diverse student needs in virtual environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to K-12 students virtually
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to support academic access and functional skills
• Conduct assessments and chart student progress according to IEP requirements
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to foster a collaborative, inclusive educational experience
• Provide guidance and resources for in-home activities that complement therapy goals
• Document all services and communication in compliance with school and regulatory standards
