Facilities Administrative Support

Amentum is seeking a Facilities Administrative Suppor t in the Williamsburg area of Virginia. The Facilities Support provides administrative support to the housing management team. Duties may vary, but typically include managing and coordinating residency schedules, calendars and general project management administration.

Job Requirements:

• Coordination and arrangement of appointments, meetings and calendar items for the housing management team
• Preparation and maintenance of project maintenance schedules in MS Projects
• Processing and transmission of work requests in a timely manner via MAXIMO, Products and Services Catalog and via phone messaging systems.
• Performance of general administrative functions to include:
• Supporting preparation of weekly and quarterly reports, schedules other briefings, reports, outgoing correspondence and assigned actions.
• Preparing communications, notices and bulletin items
• Filing project documentation and resident management (leases, damage assessment, mailbox assignments, pre and final inspection documents.
• Coordination of housing assignments with resident and family needs
• Coordination with management and other stakeholders for security resources
• Maintenance and management of housing database
• Assist in crafting and releasing resident notices
• Maintenance and organization of network filing system for related housing documentation.
• Provide administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License
• US or Naturalized Citizen
• Multitasking abilities
• Minimum of an High School Diploma with documented work history as an Administrative Assistant.
• College degree (Associate Degree or higher) or experience will be taken in consideration in lieu of a degree
• Preferred Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Must possess an active government clearance at time of application
