Key Responsibilities

• Drive the sales cycle to ensure revenue from market development, lead generation, pricing/estimate/proposal excellence.

• Manage risk to ensure enduring success with early identification and countermeasures.

Project Management & Delivery Excellence

• Oversee daily operational activities, providing proactive tactical direction to the team.

• Guide the team to operational excellence through process focus, efficiency, collaboration, and empowerment.

• Establish a culture and collective team mindset of results orientation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in high-end residential landscape design/build construction and maintenance services with full operations and P&L responsibility and a track record of profitable success.
