Responsibilities

Performs as a versatile generalist, handling a broad and dynamic combination of administrative and operational responsibilities across multiple functional areas, including finance, human resources, purchasing, and research and development. This role requires the ability to adapt to varying priorities and support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient workflow within and between departments. Responsibilities may include assisting with financial tracking and reporting, supporting HR processes such as onboarding and record maintenance, coordinating procurement activities, and contributing to research and development efforts through documentation and organizational support. Additionally, the position may involve preparing and analyzing budgets, developing and maintaining project schedules, and compiling detailed statistical and performance reports as required. The role often demands strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD, 12 years with a HS diploma

Requires an active TS/SCI level clearance

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
