Lead Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid, 1-2 times a week in Reston, VA
Duration: 12-month contract-to-hire
Visa: US Citizen & GC only
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise-level environment (multiple teams within an SAFe/Agile environment) working on a software upgrade/maintenance.
- Recent Healthcare payer industry experience
- Strong experience in backlog management, prioritization, and user story refinement
- Experience working with developers and data teams
- Able to speak about how to push tasks/projects forward with minimal supervision
Nice to have:
- Any BA or Agile related certifications
