As a Manager ServiceNow Sprint , you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Technology Directory and Collaboration Services team reporting to the Director, Identity & Access Management, you will support ServiceNow demand management and projects including ServiceNow upgrades, system integrations, new feature implementations, etc.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Participate in the end-to-end implementation planning, release management, communication, and change management processes, delivering technology solutions following Hilton's software development life cycle methodology.
  • Coordinate elements of the TD&CS demand management cycle, including grooming requirements, assessing level of effort, monitoring development capacity, and managing delivery of work-in-progress.
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications and illustrations of workflow, data flows, and AI capabilities to confirm future state functionality and enable quality development of modern solutions.
  • Develop and execute test plans for assigned technology initiatives.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Create change management materials and compliance monitoring tools to support enterprise-wide adoption of policies, standards, processes, and controls related to ServiceNow solutions.
  • Co-lead meetings with TD&CS partners (ServiceNow, M365, IAM, etc.) and manage follow up actions, team communications, and project/system documentation.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

  • Compile data for important metrics and performance indicators across the TD&CS portfolio; develop and execute remediation plans to identified gaps.
  • Build reporting to support global TD&CS production operations, including ServiceNow, Identity & Access Management, Enterprise Directory, and Microsoft Cloud services.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Three (3) years of ServiceNow or other enterprise platform experience including configuration, testing, delivery and integration
  • Three (3) years of experience working with both functional and technical decision-makers
  • Experience documenting business processes within enterprise-level companies
  • This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)
  • Travel up to 10%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
  • Seven (7) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Three (3) + years of Management Experience
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and common hotel related business processes / functions
