Nightlife/Restaurant Floor Manager

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Oversee operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
- Lead and manage floor staff, servers, bartenders, and security
- Handle guest interactions and resolve issues with professionalism
- Enforce policies, maintain standards, and keep the operation tight
- Manage scheduling, shift flow, and key operational needs
- Set the tone—high energy, organized, and in control
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year of leadership experience in nightlife or hospitality
- Strong presence, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to stay composed and lead under pressure
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Someone who takes ownership and knows how to run a room
