Job Description: HVAC Technician in Ashburn

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues to identify root causes of malfunctions.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by advising clients on HVAC options and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly.
- Assist in managing inventory of tools and replacement parts.
- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training preferred.
- Valid HVAC technician certification or license in Virginia.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment when necessary.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts if required.
