• Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues to identify root causes of malfunctions.

• Provide exceptional customer service by advising clients on HVAC options and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.

• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Respond to emergency service calls promptly.
• Assist in managing inventory of tools and replacement parts.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training preferred.
• Valid HVAC technician certification or license in Virginia.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment when necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts if required.
