Local Leader – Business Leaders Network (BLN)

Business Leaders Network (BLN) is growing nationwide, and we’re looking for Local Leaders to launch and grow communities in their area. This is a commission-only role with six-figure earning potential. If you enjoy networking, sales, and event hosting, this could be a perfect fit.

Responsibilities

- Build and manage an online community for local residents
- Highlight business sponsors through interviews and promotions
- Host monthly resident events and sponsor networking mixers
- Plan quarterly block parties to connect residents and businesses
- Drive membership and sponsorship sales to grow revenue

Qualifications

- 2+ years of sales, business development, or event planning preferred
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Outgoing, entrepreneurial, and motivated by results
- Comfortable in a commission-based environment

Compensation

- Commission only: Earn 45% of collected revenue
- Average annual potential: $100,000+
- Event/marketing expenses funded by BLN budget pool
